We have a licensed and bonded Notary Public ready to meet you wherever necessary in order to get your paperwork signed and notarized when you need it. Our Notary will meet with you at a place and time convenient to you.

Notarization is a way to safeguard you, by eliminating forged signatures, false identities, and the back dating of documents. This allows both parties to act in good faith with the assurance that all dealings will be done with honesty and integrity.

Required identification:

Each signer must present at least one of the forms of ID listed below. The ID must be current, contain the signer's photograph, personal description, signaure, and bear a serial or otheridentifying number.

• Driver's License or non-driver's ID card issued by a U.S. state.
• U.S. Passport.
• U.S. Military Identification Card that contains all required elements stated above (the Common Access Card CAC is not acceptable).
• Driver's license issued in Mexico or Canada.
• Foreign passport stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Common Types of Notarization:

• Acknowledgment - Positive identification of signer by notary.
• Jurat - Notary compels signer to tell the truth.
• Oaths / Affirmations - Administered to signer by notary.
